The mistake many business owners make when starting a business is assuming they have a unique idea.

A unique expression, Yes.

A totally unique concept/idea, I’m not so sure about that.

The fact is what you’re thinking about doing, most of the time, has already been done and it would be in your best interest to ride on the experiences of those who have gone on ahead.

Today’s lesson is one that I stumbled on late in my business journey and it has helped me refine my strategies and accumulate more wins under my belt.
